History

Year 1991

Established by Jeff Chang Liaw, Leader LEE, Samuel HU and five former National Riders with in house extrusion tubings technology, 3D forged technology, drawn tubings technology.

Year 1995

Begin suspension frames mass production for GT LTS and SCHWINN SWEET SPOT.

Year 2000

Established new factory in Vietnam for q’ty capacity at 500,000 sets frame yearly. Begin ODM business development in Taiwan.

Year 2007

Achieved 600,000 sets frame production in Vietnam and 50,000 sets in Taiwan which 90% are full suspension high end frames.
Year 2007 March set up carbon factory in Vietnam.

Year 2009

2009 June ASTRO has expanded its painting shop facility to a brand new painting shop buildings at 7200 square meters in 50,000 square meters factory plan. New painting shop facility will provide both mass production together with hand-paint disc booth.

Year 2011

Begin First E Suspension bike frame production in the world for Haibike Xduro Bosch system.

Year 2017

Set up automatic production facility in Taiwan.
